As the founder of Roper HR Solutions, she helps businesses across the Southeast build compliant, people-first systems that actually work. Taylor has taught HR courses for the University of South Carolina and partners with growing companies to train HR generalists, clarify processes, and build confident teams. When she’s not teaching or consulting, you can find her running local trails or buying more plants she doesn’t need.
