Overview

Our ongoing HR Partnership gives you flexible, strategic HR support customized to your business needs.

We partner with teams through 10 to 200-hour per month agreements, providing consistent, proactive support across compliance, leadership coaching, employee relations, and more. All partnerships are offered as 6-month or 12-month contracts, giving you long-term stability with the flexibility to scale as your business grows. Hours are tracked and reported monthly. Additional hours available at an established hourly rate.

We’ve learned that less than 10 hours per month keeps us stuck in reactive mode—only showing up when something has already gone wrong. Starting at 10 hours per month or more allows us to act as a proactive, strategic partner—helping you prevent problems, strengthen your systems, and build confident leadership across your team.
